Hi, I'm Suzy!
I have been blessed to hone my culinary skills for many years with several different cuisines. My favorite of course, is Italian! I have been passionate about cooking since childhood. My Italian family has been in the restaurant and bakery business for multiple generations - I guess you could say it's in my DNA. As a teen, I started teaching my friends and their families how to cook Italian dishes and have never stopped! Thanks to the support of my family, I have been able to pursue my passion. With my culinary training at Rouxbe, I have the opportunity to apply these skills to my business as a personal chef, caterer and cooking instructor for over 8 years.
